Only one server and one cook but we didn't wait long to get service and the food was AMAZING! If we lived in the area, and not just passing through, I'd DEFINITELY come back!! Good job to the 2 ladies working today! You guys were killing it!!

Oh my, yes. Wonderful little Mom an Pop diner off I-40 near Hickory, NC. We had the Cheeseburger Stuffed Potato (a baked potato with fixings, and cheeseburger with fixings, combined). Delicious!!! Staff was outstanding too. Friendly, fun loving country folk. Loved it here.

First time here. Had breakfast which is served all day. Very good coffee and waitstaff were excellent. We walked in and seated ourself. We were offered menus and asked about drinks immediately. Food was good other than the grits which did not have flavor and hash browns that were very over cooked. We would definitely come back again if in the area.

One of our favorite breakfast + lunch spots! Great people, great food, great service! Reasonably priced and good amount of choices. Came around Christmas time and they surprised our little one with Santa pancakes. The breakfast is always great & cooked to order. Love that livermush is served! Lunch/dinner is also fantastic- especially the Philly cheesesteak & chicken sandwiches!

You won't find better breakfast ANYWHERE in morganton! Hope is a 5 star waitress, remembers my name every time, heck, she probably remembers my order too! 10/10 restaurant, don't wait! Go check it out! Their garbage plate is my favorite!

What a diamond in the rough. This is my newest go to food joint when traveling I 40. I don't know how someone complained about the food prices but for $8.50 cents or so, you ain't going hungry. The food was absolutely fresh and prepared right. Hats off to the guys manning the grill Thank you! Hope and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming. Her name says it all when I find places like this with good prices, great food, excellent service, and even better people. You stop here and get a real taste of America and how great it can be in life.
